All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of the website operator’s assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the website operator’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Germany. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

3.2. However, the content produced by the Writer to the Client is royalty-free. Royalty-free content is content for which distribution, modification, and commercial rights are ceded by the Writer to the Client at the moment of payment and approval of the content by the Client.

 

1. Refund Policy 

 

4.1. All purchases are final, and once you have paid and given the Writer the go-ahead on a project and canceled it, the Writer will not provide you a refund. 

 

 

1. Communication

 

5.1. The method of communication between Writer and Client will be exclusively by emails and zoom meetings, or similar platforms to the latter if needed.  

 

5.2. The writer reserves the right not to give out personal phone numbers or WhatsApp to Clients.

 

1. Marketing 

 

6.1. The writer will use the information you provide as a Client, former Client or If you have subscribed to the Writer mailing list to be in touch with you, therefore you will receive from time-to-time marketing content on your inbox (e.g. newsletter, marketing emails). 

 

6.2. In case you are not comfortable with the stated above, you have the right to opt-out from the marketing emails and mailing list.  

 

7. Links to Third Party Content

 

7.1. As you view this website, you may notice links to third-party websites. These links are for convenience only. If you use these links, you will leave this Site. Yuval Ackerman Copywriting is not responsible for the availability or content of these other websites or for any viruses or other damaging elements encountered in linking to a third-party website. 8.2. On the other hand, If you find any content on this website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform the Writer at any moment. The Writer will consider requests to remove content but the Writer is not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
